By accessing or using ThinkLab, you confirm that you are either at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of ThinkLab require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with advance notice. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child's account use
• Accounts may not be shared beyond the number of profiles included in a plan
• You agree to provide accurate account and billing information

All lessons, games, illustrations, text, and other content on ThinkLab are owned by ThinkLab or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only, and may not copy, redistribute, or resell our content without written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or pose a risk to the safety of other users. You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
